Community Outreach Representative – Entry-Level
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to support impactful nonprofit causes through face-to-face engagement and grassroots outreach.
In this role, you’ll be the public face of respected nonprofit organizations, educating, inspiring, and mobilizing the community around meaningful missions. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and career development from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach sites, and public spaces
Engage the public in one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and encourage support
Communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives clearly and enthusiastically
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals
Manage outreach displays, branded materials, and event setup/teardown
Track community interactions and gather feedback to improve future campaigns
Participate in team meetings and training on leadership, advocacy, and communication strategies

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No experience required – full paid training provided
