Entry-Level Event Assistant
We are hiring energetic, motivated individuals to join our fast-growing team as Entry-Level Event Assistants. This role provides hands-on experience supporting live events, brand activations, community outreach programs, and promotional marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown for live events and brand activations
Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest registration
Engage with attendees to deliver an outstanding brand experience and customer service
Manage signage, branded displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting
Represent partner brands in a professional, polished, and enthusiastic manner
Participate in post-event reviews to help improve future campaigns and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced event environments
Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
Interest in event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
