Entry-Level Event Assistant

We are hiring energetic, motivated individuals to join our fast-growing team as Entry-Level Event Assistants. This role provides hands-on experience supporting live events, brand activations, community outreach programs, and promotional marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown for live events and brand activations

• Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest registration

• Engage with attendees to deliver an outstanding brand experience and customer service

• Manage signage, branded displays, promotional materials, and giveaways

• Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting

• Represent partner brands in a professional, polished, and enthusiastic manner

• Participate in post-event reviews to help improve future campaigns and marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced event environments

• Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude

• Interest in event coordination, marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
