Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative

We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and purpose-driven Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to support impactful nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach, grassroots engagement, and community fundraising efforts.

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, making a positive social impact, and building a long-term career in community outreach, nonprofit advocacy, fundraising, or public engagement.

No prior experience is required. Paid training, hands-on mentorship, and professional development begin on day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent respected nonprofit partners at community events, outreach locations, and public spaces

• Engage with community members through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and inspire support

• Clearly communicate nonprofit missions, values, and current initiatives

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily outreach and fundraising goals

• Assist with event setup, teardown, and branded outreach displays

• Track community interactions and collect feedback to improve future campaigns

• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and advocacy skills
